C&W Environmental Systems

C&W Environmental Systems is another exciting new line that Westec in now representing in the Northwest.  The industry leader since 1978, C&W has pioneered many developments in the dust collection industry, including automatic anti-overfill systems for silos and the automatic return for recovering material for reuse.

Westec is proud to be able to supply C&W dust collection systems for every operation from anti-overfill and shroud systems, like the one shown, to automatic cement recycle systems.

Using this innovative technology will pay for itself by reducing maintenance costs, increasing productivity, improving profitability, and reducing vehicle maintenance costs. With a C&W system your plant will meet or exceed all EPA clean air requirements.

BF Goodrich - Garlock Rubber Technologies - Belting

BF Goodrich, a  company with a world renowned name, has recently acquired Garlock Rubber Technologies a manufacturer of premium quality belting.  Designed for hard rock mining, log handling, aggregate, minerals and other critical applications, Garlock Belting is tough enough for your most challenging situations and with 5,000 feet of premium Grade 2 belting in stock, Westec is the one to call when your operation needs belting.

Westec also carries Garlock Rubber Technologies chute lining and skirt board rubber.  With our specialized equipment and experienced field staff, we can make maintenance as easy as a phone call for you the producer.

Enviro-Clear - Clarifying Systems

Westec is proud to offer a new and innovative line of water separation equipment from Enviro-Clear Company. The Enviro-Clear Clarifier/Thickener represents a significant advance in the technology of solids/liquids separation.

Advantages include......

Faster Separation - Enviro-Clear units operate at rates from two to thirty times faster than traditional clarifiers.

Better Clarification - Slurries processing 40% initial solids are achieving 20 ppm.

Reduced Space Requirements-Enviro-Clear units reduce both height and area needed. Compact design uses less than one tenth of the space required by conventional units.

The Enviro-Clear system of solids/liquid separation efficiently utilizes chemical pre-treatment of the feed with control of the reaction times. The Enviro-Clear Clarifier/Thickener is designed so that the pre-treated feed is introduced at a controlled velocity in a horizontal direction into an active settling zone. This eliminates the free settling zone. Particles move at random through the settling zone promoting additional agglomeration with resulting acceleration of settling. The rakes aid in compaction of the solids while moving them to the discharge boot.

Westec is proud to announce our association with Montana Tank Works, Inc. of Billings, Montana . Montana Tank Works manufactures cement silos, portable cement silos, and other products for the ready-mix industry. Tema Isenmann - Urethane Screen Cloth

Guaranteed cost effective, Tema Isenman, Inc. produces a premium line of urethane screen cloth.  Gone forever are those hours wasted replacing screen decks.  Tema's Flexathon screen decks have been proving themselves in top U.S. aggregate plants for over 10 years.  With the highest open area of any synthetic screen media and the ability to prevent blinding even with a 3 to 6 percent moisture range.

Surestrike

Simple and extremely effective, Westec is proud to offer yet another new line of premium equipment for your operation.

Surestrike International, Inc. offers revolutionary new techniques for breaking oversize material and concrete demolition. Surestrike’s team of industry professionals have developed a line of mechanical impact hammers that allow you to efficiently and effectively break oversize material and demolish concrete without the use of drop balls or hydraulic hammers.

Surestrike Breakers are simple to use. There’s no motor, clutch, hub, torque, valve body or electronics.   The Surestrike design features a simple hydraulic cylinder system that raises a free falling weight for delivery to the striking pin.

Tramac

In our ongoing pursuit to provide our customers the best aggregate equipment available, Westec is proud to offer Tramac stationary booms. Engineered to be the most durable and reliable hydraulic breakers available, Tramac’s CDB Series stationary booms were designed from the ground up to meet the demands of state of the art facilities.

Massive heavy duty steel plate construction combined with a low-profile design for long reach in tight spaces, make Tramac booms durable and practical. Unlike pedestal boom designed on backhoe technology, Tramac’s boom systems emphasize down pressure by placing the cylinder on top of the boom which translates into greater efficiency in breaking, minimal service requirements and longer equipment life. With a wide variety of boom and hammer sizes available, Tramac has the boom for your specific requirements and the experienced professionals to assist with your selection.
