For more than a decade we at Westec Industries have been committed to using innovative design to build the finest material handling equipment available. It is our goal to combine our years of experience in material production and our engineering expertise to create the highest quality equipment at an affordable price.
Across the Northwest, plants designed by Westec are processing millions of tons of material and providing years of savings and reliable service. Seven years ago, in response to requests for equipment to reduce handling costs and minimize spillage, Westec created its first Sealbeds for a major aggregate producer. The results were remarkable. We extended skirtboard rubber life and nearly eliminated shoveling at the load point.

Our success has led to the installation of hundreds of similar units across the Northwest. Now nearly every new plant in the Northwest specifies Westec Sealbeds, Cushionbeds, Rollerbeds or Impactbeds.
Westec's innovative line of Transfer Point Equipment uses stoneboxes, rubber and urethane wear materials in combination with highly efficient face scrapers and belt scrapers to minimize spillage, reduce downtime and improve productivity.
With our Transfer Point Technology, producers realize immediate benefits including reduced labor costs and extended wear life of conveyor components. By reducing the need for shoveling, Westec Transfer Points provide valuable time to correct maintenance problems and improve operations.
THE WESTEC SEALBED
Westec
Sealbeds eliminate belt sag and minimize spillage of material. The low
friction UHMW provides a continuous seal between the belt and skirtboard rubber
extending skirtboard wear life and all but eliminating shoveling at the
loadpoint.
THE WESTEC CUSHIONBED
Westec
Cushionbeds absorb medium duty impact, eliminate belt sag and minimize
spillage. Low friction UHMW provides a continuous seal between the belt
and skirt boards. Skirtboard rubber life is extended, shoveling is all but
eliminated and the thick rubber absorbs the impact of loading.
THE WESTEC ROLLERBED
Westec
Rollerbeds provide improved belt load support, reduce friction and provide a
continuous seal between the belt and skirtboard rubber. Rolls can be steel
or rubber. The UHMW is a low friction material that can be furnished like
the sealbed or with rubber cushion like the Cushionbed.
THE WESTEC IMPACTBED
Westec
Impactbeds absorb heavy impact loading. 60 Durometer rubber impact bars
are covered with UHMW to provide a low friction surface. Heavy duty
support frames provide full support of the bars for the best belt support.

CLEAN TRAC blades are extra thick to increase wear life yet are gentle on belts giving you months of maintenance free production.
CUSTOM SOLUTIONS
The CLEAN TRAC SCRAPER system provides excellent belt cleaning for any application with a long wearing urethane pre-cleaner or a multiple wear surface abrasion resistant hard rubber secondary cleaner.
SIZES Available in stock belt widths of 24 to 60 inches, the CLEAN TRAC SCRAPER system can handle the heaviest production with ease.
